Role & responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple business verticals.
- Handle lateral hiring for Sales and various corporate/support functions.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline through job portals, employee referrals, social media, vendors, walk-ins, and other sourcing channels.
- Understand hiring requirements, prepare job descriptions, and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS and hiring trackers with stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a team of 1015 recruiters, driving performance and ensuring the successful closure of 810 middle and senior-level positions per recruiter each month.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment KPIs, TAT, and quality-of-hire metrics while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Knowledge of Excel and PPT is a Must.
