This is a senior Salesforce consulting chance focused on optimizing CRM capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Analytics.
You will own platform strategy, administration, automation, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.
The role combines hands-on Salesforce expertise with enterprise-level CRM governance, data quality, and stakeholder management.
You will also help shape AI-enabled CRM capabilities, including predictive insights, intelligent automation, personalization, and forecasting.
Working across business, data, and technology teams, you will translate operational needs into scalable CRM solutions.

Accountabilities
- Own and manage the Salesforce CRM environment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Analytics, and related business functions.
- Define and maintain the CRM roadmap, platform priorities, and long-term strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead Salesforce administration, configuration, automation, integrations, enhancements, and ongoing platform optimization.
- Drive CRM data governance, data quality standards, validation processes, and reliable information management.
- Partner with Data and Technology teams to support enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, ERP connectivity, and AI initiatives.
- Improve Salesforce workflows, dashboards, reporting, and business processes to increase operational efficiency and visibility.
