Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 level support for SAP MM module — analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents/tickets within defined SLAs
- Handle end-to-end procurement processes: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification (MIRO)
- Configure and support Inventory Management, MRP, Batch Management, Subcontracting, Consignment, Stock Transfer, and Third-Party processes
- Manage Master Data issues related to Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchase Info Records, Source Lists
- Work on Release Strategies, Pricing Procedures, Account Determination (OBYC), Movement Types
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for MM-FICO, MM-SD, MM-PP, MM-QM integration issues
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



for recurring issues and propose permanent fixes
- Support Change Requests (CRs) — analyze impact, configure, test, and deploy
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, test scripts, and SOPs
- Coordinate with technical team for enhancements, user exits, BADIs, and IDocs/interfaces
- Provide end-user training and documentation support
- Ensure adherence to ITIL process for incident, problem, and change management
- Work with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/SolMan) for issue tracking
