 Promote and Paints of various brands to the dealers/sub-dealers in
the assigned territory.
 Build and maintain robust relationships with the dealer network.
 Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable
solutions.
 Visit dealer counters daily according to the beat plan.
 Provide excellent service and address queries or concerns.
 Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
 Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
 Appoint new dealers and contribute to network expansion.
 Do market analysis with competitors’ products, scheme and
availability.

Experience 

3 to 10 years of experience of relevant category of product

Ideal Candidate
would have

 Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
 Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Proactive and result-driven approach
 Familiarity with concern geographical region .
 Must posses a two wheeler and a valid two wheelers license.
