Job Title: Picker Packer

Job Overview:
P4B Technologies is looking for motivated and detail-oriented Picker Packers to join our warehouse team in Mumbai. The Picker Packer will be responsible for accurately selecting, packaging, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from storage based on order specifications.
- Pack and label orders with care, ensuring all items are securely packed.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or missing items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Use handheld scanners or other inventory management systems to track inventory.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily/weekly targets.




- Assist in loading/unloading shipments as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or packing role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 20 kg.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts or overtime when required
