Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven AM/DM – Supply to manage rider supply operations at the cluster level. The role involves ownership of hiring, onboarding, retention, and performance management of the rider workforce to ensure seamless last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

Rider Hiring & Onboarding

Drive end-to-end rider hiring for the assigned cluster

Ensure adequate supply availability based on demand projections

Oversee onboarding, documentation, and training of riders

Ensure adherence to operational processes and compliance standards

2. Rider Retention & Engagement

Design and implement strategies to improve rider retention

Reduce attrition through proactive engagement initiatives

Address rider grievances and concerns in a timely manner

Build a positive and inclusive work environment focused on safety and morale

3. Performance & FOD Management

Monitor rider productivity, attendance, and SLA adherence

Track and improve First Order Delivery (FOD) metrics
