Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR, MSW, MPM
Experience: min 3+ yrs exp in Recruitment of Engineering Field, Employee engagement, Joining & Exit formalities, Statutory compliances etc
Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai

Job description:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Work with department heads to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage on boarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for current employees into the organization.
Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure all new hires feel welcomed and informed.
Prepare employment contracts, gather necessary documents, and create employee profiles in HR systems.
Handle Plant 2 Operations functioning – Employees queries, Plant Safety

Working days:
Working hours – Mon to Sat – 6 days (Working Culture)
For Weekends, we work 6 days a week, Sundays are off.
