Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

- Develop 2D/3D models and technical drawings using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools

- Design marine components and assemblies in line with project specifications and industry standards

- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability

- Revise and update designs based on feedback, testing, and client requirements

- Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials) and support documentation for manufacturing and procurement

- Ensure compliance with marine engineering codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

- Support client proposal preparation by providing technical inputs,



design estimates, and documentation as required

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering or related field

- 2–4 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in marine or heavy manufacturing industries

- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, Creo, Inventor)

- Robust understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and fabrication processes

- Good communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
