Job Summary

We are looking for a DevOps / Cloud L1 Support Engineer with 3 6 years of experience to provide first-level support for enterprise applications and cloud environments. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to Microsoft Azure and AWS, along with strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 production support for applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor applications, services, and cloud resources in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Perform initial troubleshooting and resolution of incidents related to applications, servers, and cloud services.
- Monitor alerts, logs, system health, and application availability.
- Perform incident identification, ticket logging, prioritization, and escalation as per defined SLAs.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to Azure and AWS services.
- Coordinate with L2/L3 teams, DevOps teams, and application teams for complex issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support processes.
- Participate in deployment/support activities and perform basic validation after deployments.
- Maintain incident, problem,



and knowledge-management documentation.
- Support scheduled activities such as application restarts, health checks, and maintenance activities.
- Work in shifts and provide production support when required.

Mandatory Skills
- 3 6 years of IT experience

- Positive understanding of cloud infrastructure and monitoring
- Basic troubleshooting and incident management
- Good communication and coordination skills

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts
- CI/CD awareness
- Exposure to Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Basic Linux/Windows administration
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools
- ITIL / incident-management process knowledge

Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a production-support environment.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/weekends, if required.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple technical teams.
