Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development
Executive/Manager to drive business growth by developing strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, developers, and consultants across Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in project acquisition, specification sales, and business development within the architecture and construction ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
 Identify and acquire new projects through architects, interior designers, builders,
developers, consultants, and contractors.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with architectural and design firms to
generate product specifications and project opportunities.
 Develop business opportunities within the Building & Construction industry.
 Conduct regular visits to architects, PMC consultants, developers, and construction
sites.
 Generate enquiries, convert leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
 Track upcoming residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and infrastructure
projects.
 Coordinate with the sales, technical,



and project execution teams to ensure smooth
project execution.
 Prepare project reports, sales forecasts, and maintain customer records in CRM.
 Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to increase brand
visibility.
 Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects.

Desired Candidate Profile
 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Project Sales.
 Experience in acquiring projects through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders,
Developers, Consultants, or Contractors is mandatory.
 Strong network within the Architecture and Building & Construction industry in
Bangalore.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
 Valuable presentation and interpersonal skills.
 Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore.
