Role Purpose
The Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of employee wellbeing initiatives across the organization, ensuring seamless execution, robust vendor governance, and a high-quality employee experience. The role will serve as the central point of contact for wellbeing programs, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute organization-wide wellbeing programs, campaigns, workshops, webinars, and engagement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with wellbeing vendors, EAP providers, healthcare partners, and wellness platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service standards.
- Track program participation,utilization, employee feedback, and vendor performance.
- Prepare periodic dashboards, reports, and insights for HR leadership.
- Manage program calendars, communications,logistics, and stakeholder coordination across locations.
- Support employees in accessing wellbeing resources and ensuretimelyresolution of program-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data privacy,



and governance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through analysis of participation trends and employee feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate degree in HR/Psychology/Business Administration.
- 4–7 years of experience in employee wellbeing, employee engagement, HR operations, program management, or healthcare coordination.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale, multi-location programs and vendor relationships.
- Experience working with EAPs, wellness providers, or employee engagement platforms isan advantage, but not a limitation.
