Role Summary

Fairdeal Realtors is seeking a dynamic and result-driven City Head – Mumbai to lead our commercial real estate sales operations in one of India’s most competitive markets. The ideal candidate will be a B2B sales leader with deep knowledge of sales best practices, strong team management capabilities, and the ability to drive execution and revenue growth in a structured yet agile environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

â Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of B2B sales experience with 3–5 years in a city or sales leadership role, preferably in industries that involve high-value transactions and strategic selling to mid-to-large corporate clients.

â Industry:



Experience in commercial Real Estate is Preferable

â Other industries can be looked at includes

â Co-working, B2B hospitality, managed offices, or corporate leasing preferred.

â Corporate Facility Management Services

â Enterprise IT & Telecom Solutions

â Commercial Interior Fit-Out & Design Services

â Large-Scale Event Infrastructure or Corporate Travel Solutions

Sales Profile Fit:

â Proven track record of selling to CXOs, Admin Heads, Facility Teams, and Real Estate Decision-Makers.

â Experience in consultative selling, solution-based approach, and handling medium to long sales cycles.

â Should be comfortable driving daily sales reviews, team accountability, and ensuring CRM hygiene.
