Job Title: Inside Sales Associate Manager – US & North America (Individual Contributor)
Location: Mumbai (Navi Mumbai preferred), US shift mandatory
Role Summary
This role drives outbound demand generation for the US market. The manager will actively prospect and contribute individually while also guiding a small inside sales team.
The focus is on identifying early-stage opportunities (Pre-RFP), using intent-based tools (ZoomInfo or equivalent), setting up meetings / discovery calls with prospects and building a qualified pipeline for field sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting for US accounts (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Use tools like ZoomInfo (mandatory) & equivalents (Apollo, Lusha) for:

Intent-based targeting
Contact discovery and enrichment
Account prioritisation
- Identify Pre-RFP opportunities using buying signals and account research
- Build and qualify pipeline (SQLs) for field sales teams
- Apply qualification frameworks (BANT)
- Work closely with marketing and pre-sales for campaign alignment and solution positioning




- Manage 2–4 Inside Sales Executives and improve team output
- Track performance metrics (meetings, conversions, pipeline value)
- Maintain CRM discipline, reporting accuracy and data hygiene

Experience
- 6–10 years in inside sales / demand generation for US market
- Strong experience working in US / North America market

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on use of ZoomInfo (must have)
- Experience in intent-based selling and data mining
- Proven track record of generating qualified meetings / pipeline
- Exposure to Pre-RFP opportunity identification
- Robust outbound selling skills (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Experience in IT services / B2B enterprise sales / Solution selling
