Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop operations including job card flow, technician allocation and turnaround time
- Ensure quality repair and servicing of two-wheelers as per Hero MotoCorp standards
- Coordinate spare parts requirements with the parts department to avoid service delays
- Handle warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and timely approvals
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores related to service experience
- Train and guide technicians on updated service procedures and safety practices
- Resolve customer complaints related to vehicle servicing in a professional manner
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, discipline and adherence to manufacturer guidelines

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred




- 3 to 5 years of experience in two-wheeler workshop or service operations
- Strong technical knowledge of Hero MotoCorp vehicles and repair processes
- Experience in managing a small team of technicians
- Good problem-solving skills and customer-first approach
- Solid sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
