As a Financial Analyst, You Have…

A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance is preferred




The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role, preferably within a contact center environment
Experience in financial analysis and data management is required
Proficiency in maintaining and developing reporting tools is highly desirable
Strong proficiency in Excel and G-Suite applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Google Studio is necessary
Proficiency in fine-tuning data queries, particularly strong Power Query skills, is required
Possess solid analytical skills to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders
Pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting
Work with large data sets and databases effectively
Utilize data visualization tools such as Excel and Google Studio for creating visual representations of data
