As a Senior Specialist -Global Payroll, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The Global Payroll Specialist will be responsible for supporting global payroll operations,
ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, and helping maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across multiple countries. In this role, you will work closely with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve payroll issues, improve processes, and deliver a high-quality employee experience.
This role offers a strong opportunity to help shape and grow payroll operations within a new Shared Services model. You will have hands-on ownership of multi-country global payrolls in an outsourced environment, working closely with external payroll providers to ensure operational excellence and consistency The role also includes vendor engagement and management across multiple countries and service providers, helping ensure service quality and effective issue resolution.
