Job Purpose:
Responsible for meeting the sales quota and gross profit targets for new and existing accounts and for expanding current Service Agreements to include more services. Manages existing service contracts to ensure exceptional customer service levels are reached and approaches existing and new clients to offer service agreements.

- Meets the sales quota and gross profit targets through creating a seamless customer experience.
- Mines existing accounts for opportunities at current installations.
- Develops and hunts for new clients in given territory.
- Obtains new service contracts through proactively approaching existing clients.
- Manages execution of existing and recent service contracts.
- Looks at ways to expand portfolio of products & services within the account.
- Seeks to broaden network within Haworth accounts as in account management.
- Generates leads and market information.
- Seeks referrals from existing accounts.
- Looks for opportunities to train/educate account contacts.




- Invites clients to forums and other activities sponsored by Haworth.
- Responsible for accuracy of quotations
- Maintains a thorough understanding of Haworth’s product lines.
- Verifies the accuracy of layouts and order specifications with the customer before releasing the order to be entered.
- Communicates with customers to keep them informed about delivery and installation schedules.
- Works with the project management team during installation.
- Develops, implements and manages systems to track all accounts.
- Continuously follows up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with Haworth’s products and services.
- Works with customers and appropriates Haworth staff or Haworth dealers to resolve problems quickly if they should arise.
- Represents Haworth and Haworth’s products positively and professionally.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Public Relations, Design, Architecture, Science, or a similar field.
