Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver IT projects within the defined scope, timeline, quality, and budget. The candidate will coordinate with management, IT teams, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resources.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, IT support, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and take corrective action.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and operational costs.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation of project requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate software, hardware, networking, cloud,



and system implementation projects.
- Ensure projects meet quality, security, and company standards.
- Manage client/stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication.
- Track team performance and assign tasks according to project requirements.
- Test and review project deliverables before final implementation.
- Prepare MIS, status reports, and project documentation for management.
- Ensure proper handover and post-project support.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, hardware, networking, and cloud technologies.
