digital workflows. We are looking for an experienced IT Product Support Specialist to join
our Bhopal support centre and become part of our growing global support team.
Role Overview:
As an IT Product Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and
product support to our restaurant clients and internal teams across multiple regions. The
role involves troubleshooting EPOS systems, supporting integrations, resolving application
and Microsoft 365 issues, validating operational data, and ensuring smooth day-to-day
business operations. This position requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills,
robust communication,
and the ability to work collaboratively with Product, Development,
and Operations teams.
As we continue to expand our global support coverage, the role will require participation in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs to support customers across the UAE, UK,
and Australia.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (preferred in IT, Computer Science, or a related field).
• 2–4 years of relevant IT/Product Support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables,
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, filtering, reporting, and basic formulas for data
analysis and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with EPOS systems (Toast, Syrve, Micros Simphony).
• Experience in troubleshooting integrations, APIs, or SaaS applications is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to support clients across different regions
