Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Design Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), Industrial Automation, and Robotics. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong conceptual design ability,



and demonstrated leadership in developing complex automated systems from concept to commissioning.
This role involves guiding design teams, reviewing critical designs, ensuring engineering excellence, driving innovation in automation solutions, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver high performance machines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Leadership & Design Expertise
- Lead mechanical design development for Special Purpose Machines, automated assemblies, fixtures, robotic systems, and custom machinery.
- Drive concept generation, ideation, feasibility studies, mechanism design, and engineering calculations.
- Provide expert guidance on material selection, manufacturing processes, and machine architecture.
- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, safety, and regulatory requirements.
