Job Description :
- Achieve department KPI : Responsible for monthly production KPI's of Assembly & paint shop. Includes Production Target, Std hour generation, efficiency, effective resource management, safety, optimization, Bill of Material (BOM & Non BOM) consumption, Cost saving projects etc.
- Routine Monitoring and control : Monitor the weekly performance of line and Implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action on time
- MIS Report: Provide information and inputs to Sr. Management regarding performance and analyse of line & identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure Material availability for continuous mfg. and assembly of Crane- Responsible for supply chain of crane assembly, coordination with supply chain and sub contractor.
- Implementation of the system requirements under EMS and ENMS - Responsible for monitoring effective implementation pf EMS & ENMS policy ,



should be able to guide team on system requirements, should be able to give basic awareness to concerned team members

Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job:
- Solid Materials and /or Process Engineering background with knowledge of Paint technology & Assembly
- Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft office, projects and drawings (reading & corrections if any)
- Should have knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP
- Should be able to handle different task at same time.

- Lead core teams to work on key. all milestones and targets
- Good leadership abilities
- Lean initiatives identified by the region and global
