Job Description:

Role Overview :-

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong Real Estate industry background in Ahmedabad/Gujarat and a good understanding of technology-driven sales. The ideal candidate should have experience selling products, services, technology solutions, or marketing solutions to the real estate industry and should be comfortable engaging with builders, developers, CXOs, and senior decision-makers. Candidates from PropTech, Real Estate Platforms, Property Portals, Real Estate CRM, Digital Marketing, 3D Visualisation, or similar technology-driven companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with real estate developers, builders, and property groups across Gujarat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, Directors, Marketing Heads, Sales Heads, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable AR/VR, AI, 3D Visualization, and Digital Twin solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.




• Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Generate leads through networking, references, industry connections, events, and outbound sales.
Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and presentations in coordination with internal teams.
• Stay updated with Real Estate technology, PropTech, AR/VR, AI, and digital transformation trends.
• Travel within Ahmedabad/Gujarat for client meetings, property visits, site demos, and business development activities.
