What We Are Looking For

The Onboarding Specialist – US Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant transition for new hires using HRMS platforms such as Paycom. The role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver an excellent current-hire experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle onboarding for US employees (exempt and non-exempt).
- Initiate and track I-9 verification and E-Verify compliance
- Ensure completion of W-4, state tax forms, direct deposit, and policy acknowledgements
