Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and multi-skilled E-commerce Executive who can manage online marketplace operations along with basic accounting and marketing support. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Optimise product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
Monitor product performance and improve visibility & sales
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyse sales data, pricing, and product performance
Maintain MIS and Excel reports.
Track inventory and coordinate stock updates
Accounts & GST (Basic)
Handle invoicing and billing processes
Support GST-related basic tasks
Maintain basic accounting records
Social Media Management




Manage Instagram and Facebook pages
Post content and engage with the audience
Customer Support
Handle customer queries via chat/email
Ensure timely resolution and good customer experience
Operations Support
Assist in day-to-day business operations
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.

Candidate Profile
4+ years of experience in the E-commerce / FMCG industry preferred
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and accounting
Strong skills in Excel, MS Office, and data analysis
Creative mindset with basic design skills (Canva)
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
