Advertising Operations is the foundation of ITP Media Groupâs media business, and we are looking for an experienced Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital media campaigns within our Hospitality, B2B, Entertainment & Design Division. You will help oversee the crucial task of end-to-end delivery of our digital advertising campaigns â analytics, reporting, and delivery included across all digital platforms. Our ideal candidate is performance-driven, analytical, and a multi-tasker. proficient in interpreting ad analytics, actioning and measuring KPIs, and translating data into insights. Experience working with an ad ops team and cross-functional groups is mandatory.

The Digital Ad Operations Executive will ensure timely execution of all tasks related to ad operations, including trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting of advertising campaigns across digital, social and newsletter platforms within our Hospitality, B2B, Entertainment &Design; division. We are looking for someone who is agile, proactive,



and has extreme attention to detail.

Location - BKC, Bandra East. We are looking for Mumbai living candidates only for this job.

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee campaign management alongside the ADOPS manager across multiple accounts and brands.
- Handle the implementation, scheduling, and rotation of ads within online advertising and social media campaigns.
- Track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance.
- Measure and optimize campaigns using vendor-specific dashboards, GA4, and marketing analytics reports against delivery and KPI objectives.
- You will be the initial point of contact alongside the manager for troubleshooting issues; Managing and resolving issues as they arise, such as discrepancies between reporting systems.
