Job Description:

1. Sales Target Achievement: Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed financial services like tax, loans and insurance sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

2. Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of relationship executive or sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to maximize individual and team productivity.
