Job descriptionAt Kustodian, we're building India's Financial Exit Engine. We help people recover and unlock money stuck across EPF, insurance policies, bank accounts, investments, and inheritance-related assets.

Most people don't know this money exists. Most content in this space is boring. We're looking for someone who can help change that. This is not a role for someone who wants to simply schedule posts.

We're looking for someone who wants to build an audience, tell stories, create content people actually watch, and help grow a category-defining startup.

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–6 Months

Start Date: Immediate

Stipend: 10K

What you'll do

- Turn financial topics into engaging content ideas
- Write hooks, captions, scripts, and storyboards
- Create and edit Reels, Shorts, and YouTube videos
- Work with founders and also create content
- Publish and distribute content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Be the on-camera face of the videos and confidently present/explain financial topics
- Track performance and identify what is working and what isn't
- Help drive awareness, engagement, and inbound leads through content

What we're looking for





- Strong interest in content creation and social media
- Good storytelling instincts
- Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
- Ability to edit videos and create content quickly
- Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to experiment
- Ability to take ownership and execute independently
- Someone who learns fast and enjoys building things from scratch

Bonus points if

- You've built a content page before
- You've created content that received meaningful engagement
- You actively follow creators and study content trends
- You understand YouTube and Instagram content formats
