The Regional Food & Beverage (F&B;) Manager is responsible for overseeing the F&B; operations across multiple locations within a defined region. This management role requires strategic oversight of the F&B; performance, driving operational excellence, ensuring consistency in service and quality, and implementing corporate policies and procedures across all outlets. The Regional F&B; Manager works closely with local managers to maximize profitability, maintain high standards, and enhance customer satisfaction across multiple properties.

Regional Operations Management:

- Oversee the F&B; operations for all outlets within the assigned region, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Standardize operational procedures across all locations to ensure consistency in food quality, service, and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of each outlet, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational targets.
- Collaborate with local F&B; managers to streamline processes, solve operational challenges, and optimize performance.

Staff Leadership & Development:

- Lead and mentor F&B; managers at each location, providing guidance, coaching, and career development.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of local F&B; teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and service standards.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to improve team skills, with a focus on leadership, customer service, and operational knowledge.
- Foster a collaborative environment,



encouraging open communication and teamwork across regional F&B; teams.
- Conduct regular visits to each location to provide support, evaluate team performance, and ensure company culture is upheld.

Budgeting, Cost Control & Financial Oversight:

- Develop and manage the regional F&B; budget, ensuring cost control and profitability across multiple outlets.
- Oversee local financial operations, ensuring each location meets financial goals (e.g., revenue, food costs, labor costs).

Customer Experience & Satisfaction:

- Ensure that all locations consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the brand's standards.

Strategic Planning & Reporting:

- Develop regional strategies and action plans to achieve corporate goals, such as increasing sales, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on regional performance, including financial reports, sales trends, and operational challenges.
- Set performance targets for F&B; managers and locations, and provide guidance on meeting those goals.

Compliance & Health & Safety:

- Ensure all locations adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage and ensure proper training for F&B; teams on safety, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
