Job Description

Summary of position:

We are looking for a self-starter Product Specialist / Asst. Manager to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide service and customer support during field visits
- Manage all on site installation/commissioning, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
- Handling warranty cases & repairs
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Produce timely and detailed service reports
- Coordinate with technical experts from plants for support on technical issues on cranes
- Ensure to follow safety procedures and act when safety breach is observed
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
- Share relevant information across the service team
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
- Be a team player
