Job Description:-
- Greeting customers as they enter the store and helping them find what they are looking for.
- Providing product information, including style, fit, and fabric care.
- Assisting customers with trying on and fitting clothing.
- Keeping the store clean and organised, including restocking shelves and folding clothes.
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking shipments and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Assisting with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and organising the store layout to attract customers.
- Providing excellent customer service by being friendly and helpful, and handling customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Upselling and suggesting complementary items to customers.
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new products and sales techniques.

To be successful in this role, a retail sales associate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organised and detail-oriented, and be able to work well in a team setting. Additionally, having a passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends can be helpful.
