The Role

We are looking for a data-driven, AI-savvy Product Manager with 2–4 years of experience to build intelligent products that help recruiters discover, rank, and engage the best talent. You'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Design to solve complex hiring problems through AI, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruiter Experience: Define and execute the product roadmap for recruiter workflows across candidate discovery, search, ranking, recommendations, and engagement.
- Customer Discovery: Partner closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders to understand hiring workflows, identify pain points,



and translate insights into impactful product solutions.
- AI Integration: Build AI-powered recruiter experiences by leveraging LLMs to improve candidate discovery, search relevance, matching, recommendations, and recruiter productivity.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use SQL, product analytics, and experimentation to optimize recruiter search, candidate ranking, and recommendation experiences, driving improvements in engagement, conversion, and hiring outcomes.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams to build, launch, and scale high-impact B2B products in an agile workplace.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, HR Tech, Marketplace, AI, Search, or Workflow Automation products.
