Principle Responsibilities:
- The Business Analyst will be a liaison between technology, operations, and various business units to lead and facilitate the creation and specification of business requirements regarding a recent digital platform for Securities Services.
- The Business Analyst is expected to demonstrate solid requirements gathering expertise through usage of techniques such as process modelling, use cases, and documenting business requirements to ensure completeness, relevance, and accuracy. Through strong partnership with Business, Operations and Technology counterparts you will support the build of a new platform which provide one stop solutions for Securities Services Clients
- Solicit customer feedback on products and services to identify areas of product improvement.
- Provide business and product knowledge in developing a marketplace platform for Securities Services business.
What you will need to succeed in the role:
- As per our understanding, the candidate must have overall 10 to 13 years of experience out of which
- 6-8 years of recent experience in developing and implementing cross-function business process flows, creating test plans and scripts to document complex business processes.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Securities Services domain experience
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical reasoning skills to understand end user's requirements and transform them into operational application and technical alternatives.
- Proven track record of writing business requirements for financial systems
- Working knowledge of common techniques, tools, and languages used for enterprise analysis and business modelling such as BPMN, UML, MS Project and MS Visio
- Ability to identify new transformation / automation opportunities through curren
