Role & responsibilities

- Lead the overall planning and project controls function across the organizations real estate projects.

- Develop and monitor Master Project Schedules, project baselines, key milestones, and execution strategies.

- Drive planning for large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.

- Establish robust systems for project monitoring, progress tracking, schedule control, and performance reporting.

- Review project progress against approved timelines and identify critical activities, delays, bottlenecks, and schedule risks.

- Lead recovery and catch-up planning for delayed projects and ensure timely corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Projects, Design, Procurement, Contracts, Commercial, Finance, MEP, and Sales teams to align project execution with business objectives.

- Monitor resource planning, manpower deployment, procurement timelines, construction sequencing, and overall project readiness.





- Drive monthly/weekly project review meetings and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Establish and monitor key planning KPIs such as schedule adherence, milestone achievement, project completion forecasts, and productivity.

- Review and challenge project schedules submitted by contractors and consultants to ensure realistic and achievable timelines.

- Lead preparation of management dashboards, project MIS, progress reports, and portfolio-level reviews.

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies in coordination with project leadership.

- Standardize planning processes, systems, and reporting formats across all projects.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the planning and project controls team.

- Provide strategic inputs to senior management on project timelines, delivery commitments, resource requirements, and execution risks.

- Ensure effective planning support for timely project completion and handover.
