About the Role
The Building Automations Systems (BAS) Lead provides subject matter expertise and project engineering leadership managing the design and implementation of Building Automation Systems across global engineering projects and other facility automation initiatives.
This role manages engineering teams and consultants responsible for the design and development of BAS system architecture, hardware design, system configuration, programming, graphics and systems databases, and other activities.



This role will drive versatile BAS project support capacity through engagement with project consultants while ensuring solutions align with engineering standards and operational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide BAS subject matter expertise for engineering projects involving HVAC, utility and other building related systems, as well as the subject matter expertise of the BAS system itself.
- Support Capital Projects in the development of the Scope of Work and Sequence of Operation documents, design reviews, BAS system development, and commissioning documentation development.
- Lead teams responsible for the design and development of BAS System architecture, hardware design, system configuration, programs, graphics, and system database for new installations, system expansions and modifications.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives for BAS programming that focus on efficient operation and sustainability improvements of HVAC and utility systems.
