About the Prospect:
We are seeking a highly technical Marketing Automation Manager (Developer) to help design, develop, and optimize Dayforce's global marketing automation ecosystem.
Working closely with the Marketing Automation Partners, this role focuses on Adobe Marketo Engage architecture, reusable automation frameworks, integrations, and technical innovation. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building scalable marketing automation solutions.
What You'll Get to Do :
Marketing Automation Architecture Development

Partner with marketing stakeholders and leaders to identify business needs, translate requirements, and design scalable marketing automation solutions
Act as a trusted advisor to marketing teams on campaign strategy, lifecycle design, and automation best practices
Develop and maintain scalable Marketo program templates, tokens, folders, and automation frameworks.
Build and optimize complex Smart Campaigns, workflows, nurtures, and operational programs.




Design reusable automation solutions that improve scalability and reduce manual effort.

Marketing Automation Architecture & System Optimization

Design and maintain scalable Marketo architecture, including program templates, data structures, and workflows
Drive continuous improvement of systems, integrations, and processes across the MarTech stack (e.g., Salesforce, webinar platforms)
Own and optimize lead management frameworks, including scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle models
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance across systems

Process & AI Innovation

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks.
Support AI-enabled workflow development and intelligent automation initiatives.
Develop reusable technical assets and documentation.
Recommend improvements to increase platform efficiency.

Quality & Enablement

Review technical builds completed by execution teams.
Create technical documentation, SOPs, and best practices
