Job Description:

MAJOR ACTIVITIES –
 Preparation of Monthly GST workings, Filing of GST Returns, other Tax payments &
returns, assisting in GST Annual Returns/Audits, Tax Audit etc
 Ensuring Monthly/Quarterly/Annual compliance with Statutory Requirements
 Assisting in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per Indian
GAAP/ IND AS and as required by RBI.
 Ensure that the Books of Accounts are properly maintained and updated on day to day basis
and implementation and adherence to internal control policies and standards.
 Liasoning with Internal, Tax & Statutory Auditors for timely completion of Audits.
 Understanding of regulatory requirements under GST, Income Tax act, companies act etc.
 Providing accurate and timely financial information for regulatory reporting/ ad hoc group
requests

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
 Experience in GST, Income Tax, accounts closing activity & related compliances..
Experience in Financial Services Industry will be an advantage.
 Experience in core financial reporting function and understanding of the key accounting
principles under Indian GAAP and IND AS.
 Experience of Oracle would be beneficial.
