Role Overview The UX (User Experience) / UI (User Interface) Evolution Specialist is responsible for continuously improving and evolving the user experience and user interface of digital applications and platforms. The role focuses on understanding user needs, enhancing usability, accessibility, visual design, and user satisfaction while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT development teams, the specialist drives the design and implementation of intuitive, efficient, and engaging digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze existing applications and identify UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) improvement opportunities.
- Gather user and business requirements to design user-centric digital experiences.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and customer journey maps.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that improve usability and productivity.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to enhance application adoption and satisfaction.
- Define and maintain UX/UI standards, design systems, style guides, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with IT development teams to ensure design requirements are effectively implemented.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by enhancing both user experience and interface design across applications.
- Ensure consistency of design, branding, navigation,



and responsiveness across platforms.
- Monitor UX/UI performance metrics and recommend continuous improvements.
- Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify cutting-edge solutions and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant UX/UI certifications preferred.
