Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing relevant candidates for assigned requirements using various channels

- Screening and sharing suitable profiles as per role requirements

- Managing candidates through the internal approval and selection process

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring closures

Requirements:

- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freelance or full-time)

- Solid sourcing and screening skills across multiple roles

- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements

Support Provided:

- Access to job portals and internal candidate database

- ATS login credentials

- Office laptop and official SIM card (if applicable as per role requirement)

Commercials:

- You will be paid 2% of the offered CTC of the candidate who is successfully selected and onboarded

Payment Terms:

- Payment will be released only after the recruitment fee is received from the client company
