Job Description:

- Responsible for Plant & Utility Instrument Maintenance activity.

- Responsible for planning to review the SOP, Qualification, Validation, Temperature mapping and other activity.

- Work permit from respective plants and execute the work as per priority of jobs and type of jobs.

- Calibration documents review and planning of calibration of instruments.

- Take trouble shooting action for plant and utility equipment.

- To indent the required material for engineering and its approval and maintain stocks of critical spares.

- To do modification in plants as per change control.

- To ensure work done by technicians and contract persons are with safety and properly.

- Maintain and reviewed all documents and perform activities related to calibration and instrument.

- Project handle and execution and review BOM, drawings, documents and update.

- Other engineering department activity allotted by department head or designee for cGMP compliance.

- Shall be responsible to conduct training in department.

- Authorized and responsible for all job works in absence of the HOD/Designee (Engineering)
