Job Description – Associate Teacher

Position: Associate Teacher
Qualification:

- B.Ed. / Graduation in relevant subject

- Diploma in Education (optional but preferred)

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

Responsibilities:

- Assist lead teachers in classroom management and lesson execution

- Support students with learning activities and classroom exercises

- Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning aids

- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teacher

- Help organize school events, co-curricular activities, and projects

- Maintain classroom discipline and a safe, positive learning environment

- Collaborate with teachers and participate in staff meetings

Skills Required:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience and ability to engage with children

- Willingness to learn and assist in teaching methods

- Familiarity with digital teaching tools is a plus
