Job Description: Job Summary:

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining overall store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers and understand their jewellery requirements
- Showcase designs and explain product features, pricing, and offers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and basic payment transactions
- Ensure proper display and upkeep of jewellery and store hygiene
- Support inventory management and stock checks
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends and collections

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery/luxury preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
- Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery preferred
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Willingness to work in shifts and weekends
