We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Site Engineer to oversee on-site execution of solar PV installations (Rooftop and Ground-mounted). The role involves managing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure timely execution as per design and schedule

- Coordinate with EPC, electrical, and civil teams for smooth workflow

- Inspect installation of modules, inverters, structures, cabling, and other components

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards

- Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and checklists

- Assist in system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

- 3-5 years of experience in ground mounted EPC Projects

- Knowledge of PV systems, electrical connections, and construction practices

- Robust problem-solving and communication skills

- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites
