Key duties involve monitoring systems, executing scheduled tasks, handling backups, resolving technical problems, updating software, maintaining logs, and providing basic user support, requiring strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and adherence to protocols. Key Responsibilities

- System Monitoring: Oversee system performance, monitor alerts, and manage hardware like servers, printers, and tape drives.
- Data Management : Execute data entry, perform regular backups, manage storage, and ensure data integrity .

- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, or network issues, and respond to system errors.

- Software Management: Install updates, patches, and new software.

- Security: Follow security protocols, manage access,



and protect sensitive data.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain operational logs, generate reports, and document procedures.

- User Support: Assist users with queries and provide basic technical guidanc.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
