About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth for a consumer-facing product. The ideal candidate comes from a high-growth B2C internet, consumer SaaS, or digital-first startup and has hands-on experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, experimentation, and funnel optimization.

This is a highly analytical role focused on scaling growth through data, experimentation, and performance channels—not brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Own user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels.

Drive growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.

Analyze campaign performance, customer cohorts, and conversion metrics to improve ROI.

Work closely with Product, Analytics, Design,



and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.

Build scalable growth playbooks and optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.

Identify recent growth channels and customer acquisition opportunities.

Must-Have Requirements

-
2–5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Strategy, User Acquisition, or Digital Growth roles.

MBA from a Tier-1 institute.

B.Tech/BE from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 engineering college.

Experience working with consumer-facing B2C internet, app-based, or SaaS startups.

Hands-on experience managing paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of growth funnels, attribution, conversion optimization, and retention metrics.

Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.

High ownership and execution mindset.
