Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven Platform Product Owner (PO) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the foundational platform that powers our cutting-edge payments application.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned techno-functional leader with deep experience in banking technology, robust architecture and solutioning expertise, and a hands-on mindset to bridge business goals with platform capabilities. As the PO for our platform, you will work at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and operations to ensure our core platform evolves in line with business needs, modern architecture principles, and enterprise-grade scalability.

What You’ll Do
- Define, own,



and manage the product roadmap for the platform in alignment with the strategic direction of our payments application.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, QA, architecture, business, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Prioritize backlog items based on business impact, technical dependencies, and delivery feasibility.
- Act as the voice of the platform, communicating roadmap updates, capability rollouts, and platform benefits to business and technical audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate platform performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement, modernization, and innovation.
- Ensure that all platform-level work adheres to regulatory, security, and compliance standards in the payments domain.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize infrastructure and design patterns for maximum efficiency, reusability, and future-readiness.
