Role accountabilities:
- Able to work on straightforward tasks under appropriate supervision.
- Able to understand and implement the main codes and standards for the area of work.
- Undertake simple design tasks, modelling works.
- Able to produce sketches for communicating with BIM and lead region to convey the basic understanding of the design.
- Ensure Quality through necessary verification, checking of design submittals.
- Manage programme timelines, budget, and H&S; for all the projects.
- Positive attitude towards Health & Safety.
- Show due regard for the environment and for the sustainable management of natural resources.

Qualifications & Experience:




- Have a thorough knowledge on at least one out of Software Application like STAAD, MIDAS, LUSAS, ROBOT.
- Scripting and Automation Tool Knowledge is an advantage. (Python or Grasshopper)
- Demonstrated ability to undertake self-learing using inhouse and web-based materials.
- Bear confidence to work independently with good influencing/motivating skills.
- Excellent Communication both written, verbal
- Strong Aptitude and problem solving technicques
- Fair Knowledge of design standards preferably international, application processes.
- Design of elements using software and should be able to validate through alternative means, if necessary, by applying basic principles.
- CADD application, Drawing tools knowledge

Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Structural design (Bridge design experience preferable), sound knowldedge in fundamentals of structural engineering and structural behaviour.
