Job Description – Lead AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 7–12 years

Location: Chennai / Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to architect, build, and scale advanced AI/GenAI/Agentic solutions across engineering and industrial domains. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on expertise, and experience driving end-to-end AI project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Define AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic AI architecture and lead solution design.
- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade GenAI systems, multi-agent frameworks, and automation solutions.
- Lead development of LLM-based applications, fine-tuning pipelines, and advanced RAG architecture.
- Guide teams on NLP, Computer Vision (CV), Deep Learning, and multimodal AI applications.
- Oversee cloud deployment frameworks (Azure/AWS/GCP), MLOps pipelines, and containerized deployments.
- Collaborate with mechanical/engineering teams to build domain-specific automation.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers; drive code quality, reviews,



and best practices.
- Ensure project delivery, stakeholder alignment, and documentation standards.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills
- Deep expertise in ML, Deep Learning, Transformers, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Advanced hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
- End-to-end LLM application design, including RAG, fine-tuning, tool integration, and orchestration.
- Solid knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, distributed training, and vector databases.
- Cloud and DevOps/MLOps proficiency (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

Other Requirements

Nice to Have
- Experience applying AI to CAD/CAE/simulation workflows.
- Background in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial, or related engineering domains.
- Experience leading large-scale AI programs or multi-team initiatives.
