Job Description We Are Hiring: Sales Executive – Pest Control (Kolkata & Assigned Territory)
n IPC (Integrated Pest Control) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilitiesn n Generate recent business through field visits, cold calling & networking
n Identify opportunities across residential, commercial & industrial clients
n Conduct site inspections and understand customer requirements
n Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with backend team
n Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and specialized services
n Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat & referral business
n Coordinate with operations team for smooth service execution
n Ensure timely payment collection and follow-ups
n What Success Looks Liken n Consistent lead generation & conversion
n Achieving monthly sales targets
n Strong client relationships & repeat business
n High AMC conversion & revenue growth




n Eligibility Criterian n Graduate / Undergraduate with 1–5 years of sales experience
n Experience in pest control / facility management / FMCG / pharma / service industry preferred
n Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
n Willingness for extensive field travel
n Required Skillsn n Strong communication & negotiation skills
n Ability to build long-term client relationships
n Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
n Basic knowledge of mobile apps & reporting
