Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Hyderabad.

The Travel

Consultant will work with individual and corporate clients to understand their travel needs, propose suitable itineraries, and create customized travel plans. Daily responsibilities include handling travel inquiries, preparing quotations, managing reservations for flights, hotels, and tours, and coordinating travel arrangements end-to-end. The role involves providing clear information on destinations, travel requirements, and budgets, as well as resolving issues or changes in bookings promptly and professionally.

Consultant will collaborate with vendors, maintain accurate records in travel management systems, and ensure high-quality customer service throughout the travel lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design, plan, and oversee comprehensive travel solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, accommodations, tours, and related services efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, address inquiries, and resolve concerns for diverse travelers.
- Relevant experience in a travel agency or travel operations setting, preferably with knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations.
- Proficiency in travel booking tools or GDS platforms, along with basic computer and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple itineraries and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Diploma or degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
