Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and pitch FiveS Digital’s products/services effectively
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
- Follow up on existing leads and maintain regular customer interaction
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic objections professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of converted leads

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
- Comfortable speaking in Hindi; basic English communication preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience
